Fellowship is 2-3 years after completion of residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology. Their practice is exclusively the treatment of women with disorders involving urinary difficulties and pelvic organ prolapse. They offer both advanced surgical and non-surgical options for treatment.

•    Urinary and fecal incontinence, urinary retention/voiding dysfunction, and pelvic organ prolapse
•    Urinary incontinence which may include urinary frequency & urgency, stress incontinence, overactive bladder
•    Urethral diverticulum
•    Urinary fistula
•    Uterine prolapse, cystocele, rectocele
•    Vulvar and vaginal complaints (Dr. Hoffstetter only)


•    Multichannel urodynamic studies
•    Office cystoscopy
•    Sacral and pudendal nerve testing


•    Office pessary placement for prolapse
•    Sacral nerve neurostimulator implants and peripheral nerve stimulation for refractory urge incontinence
•    Vaginal, abdominal, and laparoscopic surgery for stress incontinence
•    Office injection therapy for stress incontinence
•    Vaginal and abdominal surgery, laparoscopic and robotic for pelvic organ prolapse
