Dr. DuCassé has utilized her passion for young people as a presenter at local and national conferences on a variety of topics, including supporting young people through grief, mandated reporting, strategies for improving caregiver-child communication, and the importance of multidisciplinary collaboration in healthcare. She has volunteered for back-to-school programs, serves as a board member of a nonprofit, and serves as a grant reviewer.
