NACCC Survey
I hope that you are thriving and having an outstanding semester. I appreciate the sacrifices you are making so that we can be in community learning and living together on campus.
I write today to inform you that SLU is participating in the National Assessment of Collegiate Campus Climates (NACCC), offered by the USC Race and Equity Center. The survey seeks to assess the campus climate for students around racial diversity and inclusion.
This survey provides an opportunity to establish a baseline understanding of racial climate for undergraduate students at SLU. Your participation is critical, as the results will be used to shape the development of concrete action items that will shift our campus culture for years to come. It will also serve as a comparison in future years, so we can understand the extent to which campus climate changes. To be sure we have a full picture of students’ experiences, robust student participation in the survey (particularly among students in underrepresented racial and ethnic groups) will be essential.
The survey will take approximately 15 minutes.

Email nacccsrv@usc.edu if you require a survey link that is accessible for screen-reading assistive tools. Participation in the survey is voluntary, but your responses cannot be substituted with those of anyone else and are confidential.
Your responses will be confidential. Additionally, 100 participants will be selected at random to receive $10 in flex dollars, and two participants will be selected at random to receive a grand prize – one person will receive an Xbox 1S and one will receive a Sony PlayStation 5 Home Video Game Console.
It is our pledge to you to be transparent with the results, and to provide updates to the campus community once we receive them in late Spring. Thank you for your critical participation.
All the best,
