EAB Navigate for Faculty
Saint Louis University utilizes EAB Navigate, a student success management system that links administrators, advisors, instructors, staff and students in a coordinated care network designed to help proactively manage student success from orientation to graduation.
Navigate allows advisors, faculty mentors and academic support staff access to key student data, proactive interventions, and to manage student appointments and interaction. Through Navigate, users can communicate and coordinate outreach and care to SLU Billikens.
EAB Navigate is a platform designed for faculty and staff to assist with the following:
- Appointment management
- Enhanced communications
- Early Alert
- Reporting of services and activities
Login to Navigate or by clicking on the EAB Navigate Faculty/Staff icon in your mySLU Apps.
To request access, you need to complete the form at Access to Student, Admission and Financial Aid Systems.
Data in Navigate is pulled from Banner nightly. Any changes made to a student’s record in Banner will be reflected in Navigate the following day.
Yes, all student information stored in EAB Navigate is part of a student’s educational record and subject to FERPA.
EAB Navigate has different “roles” within the tool, which depend on your job responsibilities.
