Saint Louis University's institutional policies ensure that we comply with all federal, state and local laws related to diversity. But we also believe that diversity is about more than observing the letter of the law, which is why we have established numerous programs and support services that help us foster an equitable and inclusive environment for all students, faculty and staff.
