Panhellenic Council

The purpose of the Saint Louis University Panhellenic Council is to encourage members to learn and grow through sisterhood and shared values.

The SLU Panhellenic Council serves as the governing board for all the Panhellenic chapters on campus. Each chapter is a member of the National Panhellenic Council (NPC). Panhellenic chapters strive to create a sense of community for individuals through organizational and personal values. The Panhellenic chapters at SLU promote high academic achievement, leadership, community service and sisterhood. The Panhellenic community strongly emphasizes positive programming and a commitment to enacting change.
Academic excellence is a value that Panhellenic members strive for during their time at Saint Louis University. The average Panhellenic GPA is a 3.56, which is higher than the all-female GPA on SLU's campus.

Panhellenic Fall Primary Recruitment Scholarship

Ten needs-based scholarships will be offered to waive registration fees for any person interested in participating in Panhellenic primary recruitment.

There are costs associated with fraternity and sorority life. You will learn more about that financial commitment during the recruitment process. Our fraternity and sorority life community seeks to mitigate as many barriers as possible to increase accessibility. If you follow through with the Panhellenic recruitment process and become initiated into a chapter, there are further scholarship opportunities available, such as the SLU Panhellenic Scholarship and chapter-specific scholarships. It is important to note that winning a scholarship does not guarantee a bid from any chapter.
